Return and Refund

Due to the limited size and resources of the Best Buddies Canada shop, we are unable to accept returns for any reason except for defects or errors in item(s) shipped. No other returns or exchanges will be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All problems must be reported within 10 days of receiving the package by emailing merchandise@bestbuddies.ca. Please include your order number in the subject line and a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos (if applicable).

If more than five business days have passed after the order’s estimated delivery date and you still haven’t received the order, please send us an email and include your order number and expected delivery date. 

Our team will assess the issue and respond to you with next steps. 

Shipping

Please note that order fulfillment is managed by our print-on-demand service, Printful. Shipping and delivery rates and timeframe will depend on the carrier and will be determined at checkout. Please track shipment closely and report any missing delivery or items within 5 business days of the estimated order delivery date.
